Insanely flattering VaVaVOOM Violet Stretchy Ruched Cowl Neck Mid Length Asymmetrical Cape Cocktail Dress

THE DRAMA y’all. But srsly, this dress is so unique and super flattering especially belted- gives off major Kim Kardasian meets the 80s vibes!

Purchased directly from the Art institute’s private fashion resource center collection in Chicago!

Decade: 1980s
Size: No size tag. Fits like a modern day M/ L
Condition: Good condition overall. There are several subtle spots. I haven’t tried to spot clean them. They didn’t bother me / aren’t really that noticable on due to the ruching and spot color. May come out, but still killer as is. See zoomed in pics for full disclosure.
Extra Deets: SUPER stretchy. Thick curve hugging stretch. Dolman cape sleeves. Looks INCREDIBLE belted, but the black belt pictured is just for styling and is not included.

Measurements laying flat, unstretched:
Pit to Pit: I mean. It’s pretty impossible to measure. The cape sleeve / bust combo is huge and super loose / Drapey forgiving. If the waist and hips fit you the top will no matter your bust size.
Waist: 21.5”
Hips: 21.5” (remember SUPER Stretchy and hip hugging so there’s a lot of wiggle room past that flat #)
