More a weskit than a vest. The old weskits always buttoned up to neck! Originally used (by me) as a unique summer top with mandarin collar and asian influence. OR think of it with a shirt underneath (as shown but not included) & then think of the guys who signed the Constitution! It really can be something different in an edgy summer top. Not really brocade, but it looks like it at first. Was partially upcycled by adding vintage pink buttons between originals, because one original was lost. Wear with blouse or turtleneck in the Fall or Winter.
ONE FLAW: close up shown with arrows. This IS mended from the back with some "Stitch Witchery"
