I use the following industry standards to describe my items-

Mint/Perfect Condition- Absolutely no flaws. Possibly unworn. No signs of wear.
Excellent Condition- Used with no visible flaws.
Very Good Condition- Some visible flaws but structurally sound and wearable as is.
Fair Condition- Flaws and repairs that are visible. May need further repairs or laundering. Still wearable with care.
As Found- Damaged and flawed. Possibly structurally compromised. May need repairs/restoration before wearing.
Study Piece- Not wearable. Best for study, pattern making, salvage.
