1980's Toddler Girls Plaid Shirtwaist Dress

Yellow, blue, white and salmon plaid a-line long sleeve dress with a single ruffle around the collar and each cuff.

The cuffs are elastic and there are dark blue buttons down the front with a snap button at the collar.

I am guess this shirt was made out of an adult mans shirt.
