This is a darling 1980s dress, halter sundress in a bright shade of turquoise blue. This creation of Ned Gould, N. R.1, is really timeless in it's appeal. The tiered ruffled skirt is so fun! It's made of a high-quality cotton blend (85% poly 35% cotton) that has a subtle sheen. The bodice is lined so you would probably be fine without a bra. The back has elastic for a perfect fit. Side zipper. Perfect condition. Size 2.
