Vintage 1980s edition of Thomas Mann's The Black Swan, translated from the German by William Trask. This book was originally published in 1954 and this one in 1982 by Alfred A Knopf. Measures 7. 75" by 5. 25". Black hardcover with gold gilt with a dustcover in beige with brown and black lettering.

Excellent vintage condition. Dustcover shows a bit of age and life. The rest shows minimal signs of age.
