This top looks lovely loose, tucked, belted, or under a blazer. The ruffle on the collar goes down front, covering the buttons. Has dainty puff long sleeves. 100% polyester. Color is a Cascade Teal green with a darker green teal harbor blue polka dot print.

Labeled size 14. Keep in mind that vintage sizes can differ from today’s. Please check measurements for fit: underarm to underarm 21”, length 27”, sleeve 24.5”. Models are modern day dress size 4 & 6.
