80s Summer Halter Dress - As Is

Beautiful black cotton halter dress by Karen Alexander. I am selling this “as is” because one side looks like the elastic has stretched out. It’s still stretchy but it’s not nearly as stretchy as the other side. Dress can be worn just like it is. This is really the only flaw I saw on it.

The dress has an interesting halter strap in the back. And in the front all the buttons are metal. The skirt is super full.
