Vintage 1980's boxy cut seersucker cotton (or blend) blouse with candy colored stripes. Pink, lavender, yellow & blue. Cap sleeves, no shoulder pads or pockets. Tie at front, wear loose. Perfect lightweight loose fitting summer top.
