Girls just wanna have fun! This is truly an Iconic style dress from the 80s. Strapless and ruched down the center of the body. Layers of black, lime green, and red ruffles make up the skirt. It is longer in the front and shorter in the back. Center back zipper. It is labeled a size 13/14, however, this fits more like a Medium. Please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
