80s Victor Costa Strapless Polka Dot Party Dress Tulle Full Skirt Size 6

Afew faint discolored polka dots near bust line. The inside closure is missing the fabric loop. Needs to be cleaned/dry cleaned. Has a faint musty smell from being stored for years. Overall good wearable condition. Very full tulle under skirt.

Tagged size 6 but please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched.
