1980's White Textured Blouse

Rectangle polka dot blouse, the dots are slightly textured compared to the rest of the fabric. This dress has long sleeves with a ruffled collar and cuffs. Cuffs are elastic and there is a grosgrain ribbon bow tie at the collar. Blouse buttons down the front.
