Sweet sky blue button front blouse. High neck is trimmed in match lace with an attached satin bow. Pull sleeves are short with button lace trimmed cuffs. Front holds a long wide panel of matching lace.

Excellent condition with no issues.

Label is Brian Michele which was in use from 1981 to 1989.
