Fantastic 1980s mini dress that's actually a skort - looks like a dress in front and shorts in back. It sports a wide collar with brass studs, and epaulettes on the padded shoulders. It wraps over to create a double breasted closure and buttons at the waist inside and outside. The buttons on the outside are enamel on gold metal. Hip pocket flaps are decorative. Fabric is acetate and rayon blend. It's New old Stock, with tags and extra buttons attached. Made by Joseph Ribcoff. Size 6 but runs big. Please check measurements.
