An elegant satin blouse by Oscar de la Renta. Features pleated panels, barrel sleeves, fabric buttons and holographic paisley print. Fabric is fairly thin and lightweight. Right shoulder pad is only half attached. It can either be repaired or both can be easily removed. I’ll leave that decision to the buyer.
