pretty rich floral silk dress with low neckline and swishy skirt. shoulder pads. two pockets. elastic is stretched at waist and bottom of sleeves - gives the sleeves more of a open wide look, and the waist has belt loops if elastic is not small and you’d like more of the blouse-y top fitted waist look - it can be belted. otherwise is in great shape. sold as is.
