This is a 1980's cocktail/evening/party dress from Rimini. It would best fit a taller size Small. See measurements next. The material is slightly stretchy and slinky with nice ruching at the waist and a sash belt in the back with fabric buttons. No holes or spots. It has some small shoulder pads.
