Sheer full circle layered ruffled dress with short puff sleeves, crinoline lining and button back closure. Dress has been cleaned but some light stains remain (there was a lot of stains) on hip lining, two small stains on one ruffle, elastic has been replaced in sleeves. (I only use scent/dye free detergent)
