Late 80s or early 90s pussy cat bow blouse by Glances Los Angeles. The fabric is a sheer polyester in the prettiest shade of very light peachy pink, also called blush. Button up the back blouse has a band collar with attached (in back) ties. You can knot this or tie a bow, or even easily remove it, see examples in the photos. There are pleats down the front, very romantic and cottagecore! Set in sleeves puff at the shoulders and are gathered into one button cuffs at the wrist. Victorian style vintage secretary blouse, looks great tucked into high waist trousers (would look fab belted too)!
