The print on the top of this dress is so cute! She had some open seams when I found her but I’ve restored her with a lot of love! She’s slightly sheer and would look amazing paired with shorts and tall boots, or with a slip and some sneakers. The waist is elastic and stretches up to 30”. There is one very light stain on the skirt, as shown in the photo, it’s barely noticeable.
