She’s an 80’s dress with a very Victorian feel. The lace is very delicate. She would work with a leather jacket for brunch or a veil for a simple wedding! The waist is elastic and stretches out to 30”. There are thin loops at the waist for a belt. One of the threads has pulled a little across the pleating at the front, as shown in the photo.
