This Whiting and Davis bronze or copper mesh bag is an elegant evening bag that can be used as a shoulder bag or handbag by changing the configuration of the chain strap. The finish on the mesh is satin, almost matte. It has leather sides and interior mirror case. Lined with peach-faille fabric that features the Whiting and Davis name in script. The chain strap is threaded with skinny leather. The clasp is a magnet. From the 1980s. Good condition but there are some nicks on the leather on one side - pictured.
