80’s Sander Witlin short organza top, big boat neck collar made up of 3 layers w/ a red/yellow/green trim all around, red trim down the back and around the hem, 3/4 sleeves with gatherings and snaps in the back.

After graduating from the High School of Music & Art and the School of Visual Arts, he worked in New York for about twenty years as an artist and illustrator and in the applied arts: textiles and interiors. Around 1980's he had started a clothing line that specialized in hand painted textiles that were gorgeous, whimsical and very colorful.
