This new old stock Talbots skirt is a broomstick mermaid style with a fitted waist, through the hip, and then flaring out at the hem. The fabric is a pleated style that has been stitched down to accent the hips. The fabric is a lightweight polyester that feels like a cotton silk blend. Pairs beautifully with other earth tones like plum, mustard, navy or cream.
