1980s plaid blouse with ruffles. High collar. It closes on the left side with small pinwheel-shaped buttons. Puffed sleeves with ruffles at wrists. Fabric feels like a cotton blend. Made by Pantree. Very good condition. The middle button of three at the shoulder is missing. Size 18 Tall.
