Vintage 80s. Pullover with high neckline, long puff sleeves, ruched center panels and tie shoulder drape detail. Mixed prints to include animal, hounds tooth and floral. While the waist elastic is shot, you could rock it as is with a 80's does the 20's drop waist maxi look or use the scarf as a belt (or a stretchy waist belt) for a midi length. Oversized fit, would be best for a modern L/XL as is. Waist elastic is stretched out, cuff elastic is shot too, one faint stain on a shoulder flower
