Romantic/Victorian vintage 1980s button up gray blouse with a high ruffled collar and ruffled cuffs. Puff sleeves. Embroidered eyelet pattern on the front of the shirt. Made by the ILGWU. In very good vintage condition, with a few issues: 1) some threads on the left puff sleeve are coming loose (photo 9).. 2) There is a small hole on the bottom left of the shirt. This has been repaired with mending tape, and is very hard to see (photos 6 & 7; photo 13 shows the repair from the inside). 3) There a couple of small runs in the fabric (last 2 photos). The shirt has been priced accordingly. All the tags except for the union tag have been removed from the shirt, but my best guess is that this is polyester. The following approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a size Large. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
