Slightly puffed sleeves, lace trimmed collar, and a tie on either side of the neck that can be tied into a Pussy Bow or however you like. Single button cuffs. Excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. Marked size 10; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a Medium.
