Vintage (probably 80s) most likely silk Cummerbund style belt with beading and sequins. Teal and blue on black with gold accent beading around center

CONDITION: Good vintage condition, the elastic back is no longer stretchy, size can be changed by moving the slot for the hook (requires a little bit of sewing) or adding another which you can find at any sewing or crafts supply store. We are including one with the belt
