I don't swoon over just any 1980s dress but THIS one!!

Amazing 1980s Mr. Mort party dress with smashing red rose print black taffeta full skirt, black wool bodice with slightly puffed shoulders. Rounded neckline, two little button center flowers from the skirt textile on left shoulder. Back zip. Self crinoline of black tulle beneath skirt, matching cummerbund with Velcro closure in back. No flaws. What a statement dress!
