Very fun red rain pullover with hood. Whole thing fits into its own pocket and you can wear it as a crossbody or Fanny pack. Great for hiking or garage sales or amusement parks or waiting outside Jon Bernthals house to see what amazing hot stoner dad outfit he’s managed to pull together today. Strap might have been elastic at one time but there is very little stretch left. Pretty easy to shorten with needle and thread or a safety pin for a custom fit. Draw string waist and deep hood.
