A really great 1980's bright valentine-red dress with adorable polka dots, side buttons and ruffles. This dress has a comfortable elastic waistline. Sleeves are puffed and quarter length with a button on the cuff. The buttons go up the entire left side of the chest and come completely undone to the waist line making this perfect for easy dressing or even breast feeding! Ruffles line the chest and collar.

This dress is so cute and midi length, perfect for tall boots in cooler weather or sandals or sneakers in the spring and summer! a few spots at the front of the skirt where the polka dots have faded, so see photos.

The tag says size 24, but this is vintage sizing and NOT the same as modern sizes so see measurements!
