Vtg 1980s Russ Togs stripe rainbow top and Roaman's elastic waist pleated skirt. Such a great outfit when paired together but both pieces csn be paired with other items. Rainbow top would be perfect for pride. Some small spots on the skirt that have not been treated shown in photos. Skirt size is listed as H2 and fits like a large, no size on top, please refer to measurements.
