This is a gorgeous dress by Flora Kung. The fabric is 100% silk floral jacquard in indigo blue, purple, and green. The silk is so luxurious and the interior is so soft. There is a square neckline and has a silk-covered button closure in the back. The sleeves are tufted giving it a balloon sleeve detail with tons of fabric.
