This 1980s vibrant floral dress has the cutest puff sleeves, with a large inset Battenberg lace collar in the sailor style. Elasticized smocked waistline, with an a-line skirt that will hug the hips and then flow comfortably to about the knees or just below. Layer with a belt, and add a pretty sun hat for a day at the farmer's market. Bright pink, blue and yellow floral print. Made of 100% polyester but feels like a knit jersey cotton, very comfortable. There's a spot on the waist where the stitching has come loose from the smocking but this doesn't affect wear.

Bust measures 38", waist 20-32", length 45". Marked size M.
