This gorgeous dress really is that wide! It has It has 4 layers in the skirt with lots of tulle! It is tagged a vintage size 9/10 but seems to fit my size 6 mannequin perfectly. It can be worn with the tulle straps either on or off the shoulders. Dress is an off white with gold. Brand is Flirtations - A Division of Alfred Angelo. I do not see any issues unless there is something hidden way under all this tull that I didn't notice. Material does not stretch. It can probably fit a 7 too (6/7). Dress is in very nice condition. I did notice a small repair in the tulle which was sewn up with a odd colored thread. Please see the last photo. It is not noticeable unless you are looking closely.
