1980s Cynthia Howie Princess Diana-style Secretary Dress. So many great details...pleated skirt, drop waist, shoulder pads, slightly puffed sleeves, big rectangular collar on one side of the top only, black grosgrain ribbon detail on the cuffs and on the collar. Elastic waistband in the back only. Great cottagecore aesthetic. 100% Rayon, made in the USA by the International Ladies Garment Worker's Union, dry clean only. In excellent vintage condition; the only thing to point out is that the buttons may have originally been black (they are now gray). Marked size 10, but based on the below approximate flat lay measurements, I believe it could fit a Medium or a Large. Please compare the measurements to a dress that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
