Pretty in pink and prairie chic! You will love this 1980's dress made by designer Patty ÓNeil in the U.S.A. It features dramatic puff sleeves, a low square cut neckline, and a pleated corset-like front bodice. It has a full skirt that falls above or below the knees depending on your height. It closes via a hidden zipper down the center back. The fabric is a pale pink and white stripe pattern, very lightweight. The original Patty ÓNeiland ILGWU union labels are still inside! And it is marked as a size 5/6. Fit's like a modern day Medium.
