Vintage 1980's tiny polka dot secretary dress. Pleated skirt. Elastic waist. Fabric is a bit sheer, a slip will be needed. Button down bodice. Label is Classics by Leslie Fay. 100% polyester drape-y/flowy fabric, no stretch. Cuffed sleeves. Belt not included. A red belt would look very cute, I wish I had one.
