This polka-dot 1980s is a classic dress. S. L. Fashion designed this women's size 12 (large) belted at the waist beauty. The fabric is in excellent condition. The buttons are cloth covered and close all the way up the front. The shoulder pads are still in, but could be removed. The color is navy blue with white dots. I might buy this one for the belt alone! It is so cute!

My senior neighbor wore this one in her latter years to the bank where she worked for 35 years. She is now retired, and just recently parted with this dress. I love the belted waist, the buttons, and the dots! This seems like a Princess Diana dress!
