This is a darling fit and flare, belted dress. The designer is Victor Costa and the style of the dress is so fun and classic. I love the belted waist, the plisse ruffles at the hem and cuffs. The colors are classic along with the polka-dots. It feels like a 50s dress, but is more like a late 70s, early 80s. The collar on the dress is large, the skirt is semi-full, the buttons are beautiful. What is there not to like! The dress needs to twirl and swirl on the dance floor again.

The dress is a small to medium. I measured it across the front, so double for circumference. It has pockets on the inside on the sides.
