Fine used condition with just a couple pills and the bottom ribbing looks like what you see in the photo- it’s not frayed or coming apart I think that was just a style/material thing that happened as you wear it. The wool is very fine and soft!

Label says medium- petite which is scaled a little shorter so make sure it’s the length that’s right for you!
