This flirty party dress is from the 80's. Dropped waist style. Beautiful black lace with sequins makes up the top of the dress. The skirt is full and made up of black polka dotted tulle. The underdress is pink satin with another layer of white tulle for fullness. This was part of a studio wardrobe departmment so there is permanent marker on the inside noting the size. This doesn't show through on the outside. Really cute and perfect representation of the 80s. Excellent condition. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
