Fit and flare dress with an adjustable waist. The pattern is very 60s-80s with the pink and green pinwheel pattern as well as the bright pink grosgrain ribbon that ties at the waist (bring it it, or leave it at full width...both ways look great).

Lined with a satiny polyester fabric.
