Pastel meets Punk in this Bikercore or Sea-Punk style New Wave dress...There aren't many pieces (available online) by designer Victor O'badido'NC, but the new that are present, show a love for oversized silhouettes and inspired details. This dress is a wonderful example of a fusion of styles and influences. It is made from a light to medium weight cotton twill fabric, in a sweet cotton candy blue color. The shoulders are totally off-set for an oversized look (perhaps there were once shoulder pads present but I found no evidence of this) and the sleeves are 3/4 length dolman style. The side waists and sleeves feature an edgy detail: lacing with self-color ties. Another edgy detail is echoed throughout this dress -brass metal zipper closures down center front, at chest, and to finish the cargo-style pockets at bottom. There is clearly an inspiration here, from the classic leather motorcycle jacket. Dress is unlined, and has a collared neckline. Only label reads 'Victor O'badido'NC Paris'.
