There are so many great 1980s details in this secretary dress from Leslie Fay! Featuring a brightly colored paisley and floral print, the top is button down with shoulder pads, shoulder pleats, and two faux chest pockets. The skirt is pleated. There is an elastic waistband (I have styled the dress with my own belt to show how cute the dress would look with a belt, but the belt is not included in this listing. The last two photos show the waistband without a belt). The fabric tag is faded, but similar dresses are 100% polyester. The fabric is lightweight and silky. Excellent vintage condition, with no flaws of any kind. Marked size 14 Petite, but I think this dress could work as a midi dress or as a long dress, depending on height. Based on the below approximate flat lay measurements, I think this could fit a Large or an XL. Please compare the measurements to a top that fits you well to ensure proper fit!
