Here is a 1980s Belted Secretary Dress from Jessica Howard. Pleated skirt, peplum in the front, purple buttons down the back of the top, zip at back of skirt. The matching belt is removable. Shoulder pads. Great purple, green, red, and gold paisley print on a herringbone background (you can see the herringbone in the closeup photos). 100% Rayon, Made in the USA. Very good vintage condition; the back buttons may have been a deeper purple back in the day, and the belt have some nicks on it and the prong doesn't go down all the way (photo 5). Marked size 14, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it could fit a Large or an Extra Large. Please compare the measurements to a dress that fits you well to ensure proper fit!
