These were on-trend in the mid-60s but they came back in the 80s. Without a mark, it's hard to tell which era. Rather lightweight with a small working pin back with a safety catch. Colors (or lack thereof) are still vibrant. Nice enamel work. Ruler set for actual size. No flaws. Will come in a gift box.
