Fantastic 1980s cute version of a Fair Isle sweater, with purple apples and Scottie dogs in a traditional Fair Isle design. It's acrylic, so it's very soft. It has 80s pink shoulder pads - shown in an image. The tag lists it as hand embroidered but it also says Made in China. There are some signs of wear. There is one pull of the yarn at the neck - visible in a photo. On the inside, some of the threads are loose but this seems to be common in older Fair Isle sweaters because of how the design is knitted. One note is that in the images it looks like a bright magenta but it's actually a deeper darker magenta in real life. Shoulder to shoulder measures 16", the sleeves are 24" long, the chest measures 44" underneath the armpits and the waist is approximately the same. The bottom is tighter and measures 40". The length is 26". The tag lists is at Large but it's closer to a contemporary Medium.
