Navy blue floral midi dress by Katie MFG. Oversized, cream colored buttons all the way up the front offer lots of versatility. Unbutton the bottom half to show some leg, or wear this piece completely unbuttoned as a duster. The collar of this dress includes large flaps on the back, super 80's!

This piece has a thick ruffle sewn onto the inner hem of the sleeve, acting as a sort of shoulder pad and lifting the sleeves away from the dress. This could be trimmed out. There are a few very small holes in the front, either from pins or removed stitches. These are not noticeable when worn and do not seem to effect the structure of the fabric. Priced according to flaws.
